Qualifications/Requirements
Required Skills and QualificationsExperience: Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, typically 2-5 years, often requiring industry-specific knowledge (e.g., tech, finance).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication for candidate engagement and relationship building.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (e.g., SuccessFactors, Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strategy: Ability to develop sourcing strategies and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
