HINO Davao - Motormall Davao Corporation is seeking a talented and driven UNIT SALES SUPERVISOR to join our dynamic team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the sales performance of our vehicle units.

- Skeletal Work Schedules Monday –Friday.
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive unit sales growth
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
- Ensure excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and prepare regular reports
- Male or Female with Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales supervisory or management role, preferably in the automotive industry is an advantage but less required.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address sales-related issues
- Proficient in using sales management software and data analysis tool
- Thorough understanding of the local automotive market and competitive landscape
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
