Our client is a fast-growing property management company specializing in affordable housing rentals across the U.S. We’re building a high-performance inside sales team focused on converting qualified leads into signed leases with speed, professionalism, and care.
Role Summary
This is a full-time inside sales role focused on managing warm leads from prospective residents and converting them into signed leases. You’ll serve as a trusted point of contact—educating, guiding, and closing inquiries through high-quality phone, email, and SMS communication.If you're passionate about sales and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do- Serve as the first point of contact for approved applicants and prospective renters, responding to inbound calls, emails, and texts.
- Conduct virtual leasing consultations—presenting available properties and aligning resident needs to the right units.
- Follow up proactively with a high volume of daily inbound communications (50–70 calls/day).
- Close leases with a consultative approach: overcome objections, build trust, and guide applicants through final steps.
- Coordinate move-ins and support lease completion, ensuring all tasks and documents are finalized on time.
- Maintain real-time updates and activity tracking in our CRM (Salesforce).
- Provide insights on market trends and renter feedback to optimize sales strategies.
- Lease Conversion Rate: % of approved applicants who sign leases.
- Move-In Completion Rate: % of leases that result in successful move-ins.
- Response Time SLA: Speed and professionalism in inbound case resolution.
- Daily Task Completion: Timely execution of assigned sales and administrative tasks.
- CRM Accuracy: Consistent data entry and pipeline management.
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, phone-based customer service, or leasing (property management or residential rentals preferred but not required).
- Proven ability to close high-volume transactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills—must sound natural and clear to a U.S. customer base.
- Confidence in handling objections, understanding customer needs, and guiding buying decisions.
- Tech-savvy, with comfort using CRMs, online communication tools, and cloud-based systems. Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, manage a large volume of inquiries, and self-manage performance targets.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Monthly commissions for every closed lease—no cap.
- No cold calling. All leads are warm and pre-qualified.
