Digital Media Specialist
Job Description- Develop and execute tailored digital media strategies and plans for each campaign by maximizing budget allocation.
- Work closely with the Regional team, Digital agency, and Campaign leads when it comes to the planning and implementation.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to improve click-through and conversion rates.
- Track campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, reach, ROAS (return on ad spend), and traffic.
- Continuously monitor performance, analyze content metrics, and optimize active campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates. Provide suggestions on ways to improve performance.
- Compile weekly/monthly digital media reports, translating raw data into actionable insights for the marketing team.
- Work alongside graphic designers, social media manager, and product teams to ensure all digital assets align with brand guidelines.
- Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, algorithm changes, and pop-culture moments to keep our brand relevant.
- Analyze end-of-campaign data and prepare comprehensive post-campaign reports highlighting key takeaways and ROI
- Familiarization of product technologies and features
Requirements:
- 2+ years managing professional digital accounts and executing launch campaigns.
- Possess at least Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Digital marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficient with platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok, etc)
- Strong data analysis and project management
- Basic Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and E-commerce
- Good command in English (spoken & written)
- A team player with good interpersonal skills
- Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment, handling simultaneous campaigns
- Background in digital agencies is preferred.
