Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Digital Advertising VA to support our expanding marketing department. This role covers managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels, developing and maintaining nurture campaigns, and contributing to a comprehensive digital lead generation strategy.
The ideal candidate brings direct, hands-on media buying experience and a solid working knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, manage, and continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads
- Assist with the launch and ongoing management of YouTube and Connected TV (CTV) advertising campaigns
- Build and maintain automated nurture sequences within GoHighLevel
- Track ad performance, interpret results, and recommend optimizations to strengthen lead quality and reduce cost
- Support foundational SEO tasks to complement paid campaigns and improve organic reach
- Assist with website-related marketing tasks and ensure consistent alignment between ads and landing pages
- Drive and manage digital lead generation across multiple paid channels
- Report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and function as a key support resource for the marketing team
- Provide regular campaign performance updates and actionable insights to marketing leadership
Mandatory Skills:
- Demonstrated experience managing Facebook/Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Strong grasp of digital lead generation strategy and conversion funnel principles
- Hands-on media buying experience across paid social and paid search
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel or a comparable CRM and marketing automation platform
- Basic understanding of SEO and website management fundamentals
- Ability to read and interpret advertising data and convert insights into concrete recommendations
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal oversight
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with senior marketing leadership
Preferred Skills:
- Experience running YouTube Ads or Connected TV campaigns
- Background in lead generation for home services or service-based industries
- Experience building automated nurture and drip campaign workflows
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate improvement
- Understanding of A/B testing applied to creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Comfortable managing multiple active campaigns and projects simultaneously
