About the Role
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the implementation and enforcement of quality systems. This role ensures that raw materials, production/assembly, and finished products meet internal quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.QA Manager will also drive continuous improvement in product durability, comfort performance, and manufacturing consistency.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Establish quality inspection protocols for raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods
- Manage the planning, implementation of quality plans, ensure the correct parameters are in place for quality assurance
- Supervise the entire QA organization of the facility
- Investigate product defects, customer complaints, and production variances
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Ensure compliance with product safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintain documentation for quality audits and certifications
- Work closely with production, R&D, and procurement teams to improve product performance
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and waste reduction
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field
- 5–10 years experience in quality assurance in manufacturing
- Experience in quality assurance in managerial role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of quality control methods and statistical analysis
- Experience with ISO quality systems is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Ability to train staff and enforce quality standards across departments
