About the role

We are seeking an exceptional HR Recruitment Associate to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team at CNT Group of Companies'. This is a full-time position based in Mandaluyong City Metro Manila. In this integral role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent for our Executive Search Services, playing a crucial part in building high-performing teams for our esteemed clients.

1. Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
2. Screen and evaluate candidate profiles to ensure they meet the essential requirements for the role
3. Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
4. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and providing updates to candidates and clients
5. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the recruitment process and candidate information
7. Provide feedback and recommendations to clients to support their hiring decisions

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
2. Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices in sourcing and selecting top talent
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related technology
6. Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
