JOB SUMMARY

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring new employees to fill open positions and meet the company’s workforce needs. This role involves working closely with hiring managers, understanding job requirements, sourcing candidates through various channels, and managing the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

DUTIES, RESPONSBILITIES & OUTPUTS

End-to-End Recruitment
  • Guiding the candidates through the entire hiring journey, from initial contact to offer acceptance, and ensuring positive candidate experience.
  • Conduct Interviews both In-person and virtual; Evaluate the candidate skills, experience and culture fit.
  • Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment verifications.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates through various job sourcing platforms (e.g. Job Street, indeed, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Salary negotiation and explaining the Job Offer
Process Improvement and Employer Branding
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement within the recruitment process and contribute to the development and strengthening of the process.
  • Promote the company’s brand and values to attract top talent.
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities.
  • Create engaging job postings and recruitment materials.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Candidate Relationship Management
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their manning requirements, helping to further sort their candidate preference
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, helping to further define the key responsibilities and provide guidance on recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Maintain clear, consistent and strong relationships with the candidate, providing positive and transparent experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensuring all candidates’ questions, concerns or inquiries are properly answered.
Data, Reporting and Compliance
  • Prepare regular reports on hiring activity and outcomes within the assigned Business unit
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Qualification and Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resource, Business Administration or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Software or other office Software
  • Background on using photo and video editing software
