About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Support Specialist with hands-on experience in SAP order entry, sales order processing, and customer service operations.

This role is best suited for someone who has processed customer orders in SAP, monitored order status, coordinated with internal teams, and supported customers on order-related concerns. This is not a call centre sales role. The focus is on accurate order processing, order tracking, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination.

What you will do
  • Process customer orders in SAP through email and web-based channels
  • Monitor orders on hold using SAP reports and MS Excel
  • Track customer orders from order placement through warehouse release and delivery
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams to resolve order issues
  • Handle customer inquiries related to order status, delivery updates, complaints, and returns
  • Support pre-checking of credit notes and debit notes for return-related transactions
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Follow agreed processes to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
What we are looking for
  • Experience in SAP order entry, sales order processing, or order management
  • Background in customer service operations, sales administration, order fulfilment, or supply chain support
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel for tracking, monitoring, and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders
  • Able to manage customer inquiries, complaints, and return-related concerns professionally
  • Comfortable coordinating with multiple internal teams to resolve order or delivery issues
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills
  • Willing to work mid-shift, from 3:00 PM to 12:00 MN
  • Able to work in a hybrid setup in Makati
