About the role
Roadget Business PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative I to join our team in Pasay City, Metro Manila. As a full-time customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional assistance and support to our valued customers through various communication channels.
What you'll be doing- Respond to incoming customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of all communications
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective customer service
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and respond effectively to customer needs
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a wide range of customer inquiries and issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Fluency in English and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- A team player with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
