• Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose accurately.
• Inspect engines, transmissions, etc., and run diagnostic tests to discover functionality issues.
• Repair or replace dysfunctional parts and fixed issues. Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Performs PMS of every unit released for ensuring functionality and reliability.
• Provide consultation on correct maintenance and preventive measures for the clients especially when doing field service.
• Maintain service equipment and tools in good condition
• Maintain cleanliness of the service area during and after work
• Performing additional duties if needed
• Responsible for the Pre-Delivery Inspection of units upon receiving them from the broker and Final PDI before releasing units to ensure that all units were released complete and in good condition.
• Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the company.
• Other tasks, Driving, maintaining cleanliness, assisting (office)

• Bachelor's Degree in Automotive or Vocational Diploma/ Short Certificate.
• Having at least 5 years of professional experience in the same field is required.
• Have strong attention to detail with an aptitude for problem-solving.
• In-depth knowledge in troubleshooting Light Duty Trucks, Medium and Heavy-Duty Trucks.
• Have a valid professional driver's license.
• Concern for safety and responsible work attitude.
