US Product & Systems Development Specialist (WFH)

• At PeoplePartners, we’re on the hunt for a smart, hands-on systems thinker to support one of our awesome US-based clients. They’re scaling fast and need a proactive, tools-obsessed specialist to build automations, integrations, and clever internal systems that make teams run smoother.

• As a Product & Systems Development Specialist, you’ll work directly with the CIO, translating business needs into streamlined technical solutions. From API integrations to dashboard creation and internal tooling—you’ll be the go-to for making systems talk, data flow, and teams breathe a little easier.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build internal systems, automations, and API integrations
• Turn vague business needs into concrete, elegant solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external developers to move projects forward.
• Create dashboards and reports using BigQuery, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
• Document your processes and help roll out tools across teams.

Job Requirements:

• You thrive on solving messy internal problems with smart tools.
• You’ve got a working knowledge of Google Cloud, APIs, and automation platforms.
• You can code a little—bonus points for JavaScript, Python, or Apps Script.
• You love working independently and making things just work.

• You've had ~2 years of experience doing similar systems/dev work.
• You’ve worked cross-functionally, maybe even worn a few hats.
• You’ve moved projects from idea to implementation—and enjoyed the ride.
