US Healthcare Training Specialist | BPO Subject Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver product and process training for US healthcare accounts (e.g., medical billing, claims, prior authorizations, insurance verification, etc.).
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify learning gaps and recommend targeted programs.
• Facilitate new hire training, cross-skilling, and upskilling programs.
• Create and update training materials, modules, and documentation based on client updates and compliance standards.
• Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, simulations, and coaching sessions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Client Services to align training with business objectives and client expectations.
• Monitor and report training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated with US healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, CMS guidelines) and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Allied Health, Life Sciences, Business, or any related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of US healthcare BPO experience, with at least 1 year in a training role.
• Solid knowledge of US healthcare systems, terminology, and processes.
• Experience training for non-voice/back-office healthcare roles (e.g., claims processing, prior authorization, RCM, etc.).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in creating training modules and using LMS or e-learning platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
• Willing to work onsite and during night shifts (US hours).
