Technical Product Support - San Jose del Monte

Quick Rundown:
This Technical Product Support will bridge technical teams and business stakeholders. You will analyze requirements, troubleshoot software issues, assist in product delivery, and contribute to user support. Knowledge of OOP is important for understanding product behavior and system architecture.
What You'll Do:
- Act as a liaison between product managers and engineering teams to clarify requirements and priorities
- Perform root cause analysis for software issues and assist in reproducing bugs
- Draft clear and detailed business and technical requirements
- Analyze product behavior and system architecture using OOP principles
- Support product delivery and contribute to user support and documentation
- Suggest technical and process improvements based on findings
What Were Looking For:
- 0-4+ years of experience in business analysis or technical product support
- Strong understanding of OOP concepts (academic or professional background)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Effective communication skills to work across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience with issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and technical documentation tools is a plus
