Inventory Associate (Claims)

Job Description:

1. Serve as coordinator regarding any claims from customers, third parties or other Business Units.
2. Responsible for submitting and updating claims monitoring information.
3. Compile and provide any supporting documents required for submissions or filings with customers, third parties, or otherother Business Units in relation to claims.
4. Responsible for ensuring that all claims submitted by customers are accompanied by a corresponding claims log or record in the internal monitoring system.
5. Responsible for ensuring that all claims filed by both operations and customers comply with standard policies and procedures.
6. Responsible for managing the entire claims process from receiving filed potential claims from operations or receiving preliminary/formal claim notice from the customer, validation, recovery to service providers or employees, settlement to customer, and quitclaim issuance and filing.
7. To prepare and submit reports required by management and client.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ College Degree
• With at least 3 years of working experience in a Logistics/Supply Chain Industry
