We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Compensation and Benefits Specialist to handle employee compensation, payroll processing, and government compliance. The role ensures accurate and timely processing of salaries, benefits, and statutory requirements.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or any related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in compensation, benefits, or payroll functions
- Knowledgeable in government remittances and labor compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Experience in payroll processing and benefits administration is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Able to work with minimal supervision
