Project development manager - Manila

Job Description

• Lead the planning and development of new projects aligned with company goals.
• Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to determine project viability.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., finance, legal, engineering, marketing) to align project objectives.
• Prepare project proposals, business cases, and investment plans.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
• Liaise with external stakeholders such as government agencies, partners, and clients.
• Monitor and report on project performance and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Support contract negotiations and procurement processes.
• Continuously evaluate project outcomes and recommend improvements for future initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in project development, project management, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of project planning and development methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skill
