Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor (1)

Qualifications:

• License: Registered Electrical Engineer (REE).
• Experience: 1–2 years in manufacturing; Fresh Board Passers are welcome.
• Location: Resident of Consolacion, Liloan, or Mandaue.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in factory equipment, maintenance planning, OSHA/Safety codes, plumbing, and electrical/construction standards.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Develop proper control procedures for maintenance function such as job orders, work schedules, equipment masterlist and control of Monitoring and Measuring Equipment (MME).
2. Consult with production personnel to determine equipment operating and maintenance needs.
3. Organize all maintenance and engineering activities to ensure an efficient and productive plan of operation.
4. Review job orders, breakdown reports, schedules, checklist, material requisition, purchase request, service requisition, and other documentation of Maintenance Division.
5. Maintains sufficient spare parts inventory in coordination with Warehouse Division and ensures adequate control in utilization of spare parts.
6. Trains and motivate maintenance personnel to ensure efficient execution of maintenance programs.
