MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR - ELECTRICAL

BASIC FUNCTIONS:

Ensure the electrical reliability and optimal performance of all flour mill machinery through strategic oversight and technical expertise.
Plan, organize, lead, and control electrical maintenance operations by providing strategic guidance to maintenance engineers regarding both preventive and corrective activities.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

A Graduate of BS in Electrical Engineering
Must be a Licensed/Registered Electrical Engineer
Preferably with 40 Hours BOSH Certificate
Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in electrical engineering within a heavy industrial, milling, or large-scale manufacturing environment
Advanced training in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)
High proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or advanced ERP modules (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) for managing asset life cycles, work orders, and spare parts inventory.
Expert use of AutoCAD for updating Single-Line Diagrams (SLD) and Microsoft Office for data-driven technical reporting
