Who We're Looking For
✔ Bachelor's Degree holder
✔ At least 2 years of experience handling a collections team
✔ Experience in UK, US, or AU Banking/Financial Collections
✔ Strong knowledge of collections operations, bucket management, recovery strategies, and collections processes
✔ Able to analyze reports, monitor team performance, and drive operational improvements
✔ Knowledge of collections regulations and industry best practices
✔ Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
✔ Willing to work 100% onsite in Eton Centris, Quezon City on UK shifting schedules
