Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to identify business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote Quandatics’ technology and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate is confident in communicating with clients, understands customer needs, and is passionate about technology and business growth.

About the job:

  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize the profit.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations.
  • Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
  • Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met.
  • Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines.
  • Keep records of client transactions.
  • Experience in working with customers at multiple levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in highly collaborative, cross-functional environment

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  2. At least 1 year's experience in Sales, Customer Relationship Manager or Customer Relationship is an advantage.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  4. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Basic understanding of technology, software, cloud, analytics, or IT solutions is preferred
  6. Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PDF.
  7. Willingness and ability to travel.
