About the role
HH ALL VENTURES ENTERPRISES CORP.' is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Distributor Sales Representative (Motorcycle Tires) to join our dynamic sales team. This full-time role will be based in Metro Manila and will play a crucial part in expanding our reach and driving sales growth for our market-leading motorcycle tire products.
What you'll be doing- Actively identifying and prospecting new sales opportunities with motorcycle dealerships, repair shops, and other potential clients
- Managing and growing existing client relationships to maximise sales and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Providing expert product knowledge and advice to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets through strategic account management and effective sales techniques
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales campaigns
- Maintaining accurate sales records and reporting on performance metrics
- Representing the company at industry events and trade shows
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales or distributor representative role, preferably within the motorcycle, automotive, or related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and objections effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
- A self-motivated and results-driven individual with a keen eye for detail
- A valid driver's license and familiarity with the Metro Manila area
