ROLE OVERVIEW
As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will:
✔ Conduct outbound sales calls (cold calling included)✔ Promote Energy, Solar, and Utility solutions to Australian customers
✔ Pitch services, handle objections, and confidently close sales
✔ Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer experience
✔ Update CRM systems and perform accurate data entry
✔ Meet and exceed sales KPIs in a performance-driven environment
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✔ Experience in outbound sales or cold calling roles✔ Experience in Energy, Solar, Telecom, or Utilities campaigns is an advantage
✔ Strong communication and closing skills
✔ KPI-driven and target-oriented mindset
✔ Confident, energetic, and resilient personality
✔ Ability to handle objections and stay motivated
✔ Stable work history preferred
