JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide support via Intercom through email, instant messaging and support tool.
- Review proctoring sessions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Assist in organizing customer-related data and communications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Communicate clearly, accurately, and professionally.
- Show empathy and understanding toward customers.
- Experience: At least 1 year of technical support experience.
- Experience with chat-based customer support is a plus.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Mac), browsers, and common applications
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Type at least 40 words per minute.
- Meet reasonable customer satisfaction and productivity goals.
