Technical Support Representative (Proctor) - BPO

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Provide support via Intercom through email, instant messaging and support tool.
  • Review proctoring sessions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Assist in organizing customer-related data and communications.
OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Communicate clearly, accurately, and professionally.
  • Show empathy and understanding toward customers.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of technical support experience.
  • Experience with chat-based customer support is a plus.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Mac), browsers, and common applications
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  • Type at least 40 words per minute.
  • Meet reasonable customer satisfaction and productivity goals.
