Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within target industries
  • Build and present a strong pipeline of new, untapped accounts
  • Lead commercial discussions and negotiations through to deal closure
  • Coordinate with solutions design and operations to build viable proposals
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of newly won accounts
  • Maintain accurate reporting of opportunities and progress
  • Represent the company professionally in the market and during client engagements
Pure hunter role with real autonomy and high impactChance to build and own new revenue from day one
  • Brings an active list of potential accounts (to be presented during interview)
  • Demonstrates a strong hunter profile (not account‑management heavy)
  • Communicates confidently with regional leaders
  • Secures and onboards at least one new account during probation
  • Background with logistics providers that have sizable warehousing / 3PL operations
