Job Objectives
  • To provide a professional, high-quality, front-line customer focused to all ASEANA employees, visitors, clients & vendors.
  • Receptionist will have a strong communication skills and attention to detail along with a demonstrated commitment to LANDERS values to achieve the company core purpose of providing excellent service.
  • Responsible for detailing and delivering quality service to all employees & visitors through a well-developed knowledge of LANDERS standards and focusing primarily on member service and any other concerns appropriate to the individual need of the member.
  • The Receptionist is a multi-skilled role with opportunities to develop a professional career within the department covering span of frontline functions and activities.
Job Description
  • Welcome visitors and clients with a pleasing attitude.
  • Making clients and visitors feel at home in the office by pointing them the right direction.
  • Receptionist provide customer service assistance to visitors and clients. This involves answering calls and processing them environment appropriately, answering visitors concerns and request, and fostering a welcoming.
  • Room preparation for meeting, appointments and training.
  • Assistance with a variety of administrative duties, which may include supplies inventory and ordering.
  • Assisting with the routing of calls and answering the phones professionally * Manage and order, office, janitorial and pantry supplies
  • Assist Admin supervisor in the Asset inventory
  • Assist Admin Supervisor in the ensuring office is clean and well maintained
  • Report facility issues to Property Management

Qualification:

  • College graduate preferred Business course.
  • With at-least 2-3 years working experience as a receptionist
  • Flexible and hardworking
  • Able to work full time on-site in Aseana.
