Posted on 23 April 2026Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally.
Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in emergency situations by following safety and security protocols.
Qualifications:
Qualifications/Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in hospitality or related field is a plus).Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
