About the role
We are seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist to join our team at ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative' in Sampaloc, Manila City. As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment.This full-time role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
What you'll be doing- Greeting and welcoming clients, visitors and staff in a friendly and professional manner
- Handling incoming phone calls, routing them to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Scheduling and managing appointments and meetings
- Maintaining a neat and organised reception area
- Providing administrative support, such as photocopying, faxing and filing documents
- Assisting with other duties as required to support the overall operations of the office
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in using office equipment and software, such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- A professional, friendly and helpful attitude
