About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing/Inventory Staff member to join our team in Bagumbayan Taguig City, Metro Manila on a full-time basis.

Key responsibilities
  1. Process and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures and supplier agreements
  2. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to maintain accurate records and identify discrepancies
  3. Coordinate with suppliers to arrange deliveries, track shipments and resolve any delivery issues
  4. Maintain organised and up-to-date inventory records using relevant management systems and databases
  5. Prepare purchasing documentation, including requisitions, quotations and purchase order confirmations
  6. Support the receiving process by verifying incoming stock against purchase orders and identifying any damaged or incorrect items
  7. Communicate effectively with internal departments to understand purchasing and inventory requirements
  8. Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and contributing to process improvements within the purchasing and inventory functions
  9. Perform general administrative duties related to purchasing and inventory management as required
What we're looking for
  1. College Diploma or equivalent; a qualification or certification in purchasing, procurement or inventory management would be advantageous
  2. Proven experience working in a purchasing, procurement or inventory management role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or logistics sector
  3. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
  4. Proficiency in using inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  5. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with suppliers, colleagues and internal stakeholders
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic environment
  8. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
  9. Familiarity with procurement best practices and supply chain principles

Salary: Minimum w/ Allowance
Schedule: Monday-Saturday (8AM-5PM)

Location: Bagumbayan, Taguig (Near WALTERMART BICUTAN)
