IT Internal Audit Senior Manager

Role Summary

Lead the global IT Internal Audit function, driving risk-based audit strategy, strengthening controls, and enhancing governance across the organization. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, delivering insights that improve risk management and business performance.

• Lead and execute the global IT audit strategy and risk-based audit plan
• Drive continuous risk assessment across technology, security, and operations
• Engage senior stakeholders and advise on risk, controls, and governance
• Oversee audit delivery, reporting, and implementation of management actions
• Strengthen audit methodologies using analytics, automation, and emerging technologies
• Lead audits across key domains (cybersecurity, cloud, AI/GenAI, IT operations)
• Build strong relationships across Finance, Security, and business teams
• Develop and mentor high-performing, multi-location audit teams
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement within Internal Audit

• 15+ years in Internal Audit / Risk / Compliance (IT-focused)
• 5+ years in leadership roles managing global or regional teams
• Strong expertise in IT audit, risk management, and governance frameworks (SOX, COSO, COBIT)
• Experience in cybersecurity, cloud, and emerging technologies (AI/GenAI)
• Certifications such as CPA, CIA, CISA, CISSP preferred
• Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
• Background in Big 4 or global audit environments is a plus
