About the role
We are seeking an experienced Inventory & Sales Analyst to join our dynamic team at Millennium Specialty Coco Products, Inc. in Panabo City, Davao del Norte. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing and reporting on our sales and inventory data, helping to drive strategic decisions that support our continued growth and success.
What you'll be doing- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and maximize profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and patterns to ensure optimum stock levels and minimise waste
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on sales performance and inventory management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to provide data-driven insights
- Develop and maintain advanced forecasting models to anticipate future demand
- Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our data management and reporting
- Proven experience as an Inventory Analyst, Sales Analyst, or similar role in the sales and analysis domain
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and presenting insights to stakeholders
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively
