What is your mission?

You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Handle inbound customer order inquiries, placements, requests, and complaints efficiently and professionally
• Provide accurate information using appropriate tools and strong product knowledge
• Process documentation, proof of delivery, and customer updates as required
• Ensure data accuracy across all systems and collaborate effectively with external partners when necessary
• Consistently meet performance targets and service-level commitments

• College level
• Must have at least 6 months of invoice and order processing experience in a BPO set up

• Familiarity with customer support tools and systems (CRM, ERP, Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
