Schedule: Morning Shift

Job Description:

• Improved Customer Service: Providing exceptional in-bound and out-bound customer support, including handling inquiries, reservations, and overall customer care.
• Supporting New Families: Guiding and supporting new families with their initial inquiries, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Efficient Tour Booking: Facilitating the booking of tours for our diverse range of services, making it convenient for prospective clients.
• Waitlist Management: Keeping a close eye on the status of family waitlists, ensuring effective management and communication.
• Enrollment Assistance: Aiding families throughout the enrollment process, simplifying their journey into our programs.
• Regular Customer Check-ins: Conducting routine check-in calls with our existing database of customers, fostering ongoing relationships and satisfaction.
• Vacancy Management: Collaborating with services to fill current room openings and maintain optimal occupancy levels.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Diploma Level qualification
• Current Level 2 First Aid certificate
• Current Anaphylactic training certificate
• Current Asthma training certificate.
• Current Working with Children’s Check.
• The UN Convention of the Rights of the Child
• The Code of Ethics
• The Centre Code of Conduct, Philosophy, policies and procedures
