DEMAND PLANNING SUPERVISOR
Work Base: Head Office (Cebu City)
Job Responsibilities- Leading the demand planning function to ensure forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, product availability and alignment between commercial and supply chain objectives
- Oversee demand planning processes, manages the planning team, facilitates cross functional collaboration and drives continuous improvement initiatives to support business growth and operational excellence
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Economics, Statistics, or any related field.
- At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Management, or related functions.
- Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is an advantage.
- With Strong analytical, forecasting, and planning skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
