About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Human Resource Business Partner Lead to join our team in Cebu. This role will serve as a trusted HR partner to business leaders, providing expert guidance on people strategies, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.

The ideal candidate is passionate about building a positive workplace culture while ensuring HR initiatives align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with various HR functions, including Recruitment, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits, to deliver effective HR solutions.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide recommendations that drive business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Coach and support managers on employee concerns, performance issues, and organizational changes.
  • Lead initiatives that promote employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Development Management, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience across various HR functions, preferably with exposure to:
  • Employee Relations
  • Recruitment
  • Training and Development
  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Strong ability to analyze HR data and use insights to influence business and people-related decisions.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
