- Continuously stay updated on industry trends, competitor insights and product innovations
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture or other 4-year course
- Experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably in the construction/building materials industry is an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical information into compelling sales narratives
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term customer relationships
- Willingness to travel to project sites and attend industry events as needed
