About the role
Are you a seasoned sales professional with a knack for building lasting relationships? We're seeking a passionate and driven Sr. Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team at Communications Electrical Equipment & Supply Co., Inc.' in Makati City Metro Manila. As a full-time Sr. Sales Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in driving new business development and expanding our client base within the sales industry.
What you'll be doing- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and lead generation
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements, and propose tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our products and services
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Provide feedback and insights to help refine our sales and marketing strategies
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role within the electrical equipment and supply industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively build rapport and negotiate with clients
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of electrical equipment and supply products and solutions
- Ability to analyse customer requirements, develop tailored proposals, and deliver presentations
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with the regulatory and compliance requirements in the industry
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Sales, or a related field
