We are looking for Finance and Accounting Manager
The Finance and Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the company by managing financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. This role ensures the accuracy of financial statements, maintains internal controls, and provides strategic insights to support business decisions.The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills to guide the accounting team and drive process improvements.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- General Ledger Management: Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of the general ledger, ensuring proper coding and classification of transactions.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage the accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage the annual budget, prepare financial forecasts, and monitor performance against budget.
- Cash Management: Manage cash flow, including bank reconciliations, and ensure adequate funding for operations.
- Month-End & Year-End Close: Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Internal Controls: Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support.
- Audit Support: Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and reporting requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations.
- Client Profitability Analysis: Analyze client profitability and provide insights to management.
