Join our Tech Account team in Clark Site as a Customer Service Representative. In this onsite role, you will handle both inbound and outbound customer calls, assisting customers with digital advertising and technology-related concerns. You will provide account support, troubleshoot technical and campaign issues, resolve customer inquiries, and deliver accurate solutions while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for digital advertising and technology-related concerns.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, campaign performance, billing, and account access issues.
- Troubleshoot technical and advertising-related concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Educate customers on products, services, and digital advertising tools.
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate support teams when necessary.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Stay updated on company products, policies, and digital advertising platforms.
- At least 1 year of Call Center Experience (CCE).
- Must have at least 6 months of Digital Ads experience.
- B2 level English communication skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Clark.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and shifting schedules.
