Human Resources and Admin Officer / Supervisor
The HR Admin Officer/Supervisor is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance with the Labor Code of the Philippines, and internal HR policies. Ensures lawful and strategic HR practices that align with company goals and government regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Selection
- Conduct job postings, screenings, interviews, and job offers.
-Ensure compliance with DOLE D.O. 174-17 for employment classifications.
-Conduct pre-employment requirements and background checks.- Employee Relations and Discipline
- Handle disciplinary cases following due process (Art. 297–298 of the Labor Code).
- Facilitate investigations, NTEs, and administrative hearings.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and engagement programs.
- Training and Development
- Conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA).
- Develop annual training calendar in compliance with DOLE training mandates.
- Facilitate seminars on labor compliance, OSH, and company values.
- HR Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure completeness of 201 files and other HR documentation.
- Submit annual DOLE reports (Establishment Report, Annual Medical Report).
- Monitor compliance with OSHS (RA 11058).
- Policy Implementation and HR Planning
- Draft HR memos and policy updates.
- Participate in workforce planning, job evaluation, and succession planning.
Minimum Qualifications:
I. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration
II. At least 2- 3 years of solid HR experience, 1 year in a supervisory or officer role
II. Training in Labor Laws, DOLE compliance, OSH, and Conflict Resolution preferred
III. Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS systems
