About the Role
The eCommerce Operations Specialist is a critical additional head required to serve as the operational anchor for our expanding digital commerce division. This role acts as the primary point of contact for the end-to-end fulfillment cycle, ensuring that back-end systems are perfectly synchronized with the front-end customer experience.By bridging the gap between high-level strategy and daily execution, this position allows the eCommerce Specialist to focus on growth while this hire ensures every order is processed with precision. This position also will be in charge of the growth of D2C through B2P, as well as oversee the Refurbish business in D2C.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the eCommerce Specialist achieve KPIs.
- Manage and oversee the Refurbish business in D2C.
- Handle and grow the D2C business through B2P (Business to Partners).
- Synchronize inventory across ERP systems and online marketplaces as the primary PIC.
- Oversee daily order performance and coordinate with 3PL partners to resolve fulfillment issues.
- Manage the end-to-end process for returns, refunds, and delivery-related disputes.
- Lead the technical implementation of product listings, landing pages, and campaign pages across D2C platforms.
- Consolidate weekly operations dashboards and performance reports into actionable insights.
- Execute approved promotion strategies and align platform marketing with broader digital strategies.
- Order Fulfillment Accuracy Rate: Ensuring near-perfect order processing to minimize errors.
- On-time Delivery Rate: Monitoring 3PL performance to meet customer expectations.
- Return and Refund Rate: Managing the reverse logistics cycle to minimize impact on net sales.
- Inventory Stock Rate: Maintaining optimal stock levels based on PSI forecasting.
- Resolution Time: Minimizing the time taken to resolve customer service-related operational concerns.
- Grow the D2C Business through B2P: Successfully handle and oversee the refurbish business inside D2C.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Proven experience in eCommerce operations, logistics, or fulfillment management, preferably within a corporate or retail environment.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of marketplace back-end tools (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Seller Centers) and proficiency in ERP system synchronization.
- Analytical Ability: Strong skills in data consolidation and dashboard management to track KPIs like fulfillment accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to coordinate with external 3PL partners and manage multiple operational deadlines simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear progress reporting and actionable recommendations.
- Autonomy: Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining strict adherence to strategic objectives and brand standards.
