Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced BPO leader to join our Service Delivery team in Ortigas as an Operations Supervisor.
In this role, you'll manage a team handling non-voice, back-office insurance operations for US-based clients — overseeing daily workflow, maintaining service quality, coaching your team, and finding smarter ways to get things done.
What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
At least 5 years of experience in a BPO environment.
2 to 3 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
Strong understanding of back-office operations and SLA management.
Confident in coaching, performance management, and team development.
Good English communication skills — written and verbal.
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Nice to have:
Experience in non-voice or process-driven BPO operations.
Background in insurance operations (P&C or Employee Benefits).
Familiarity with quality audit processes or process improvement methods.
Shift Schedule: 8am-5pm PHT
