Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales revenue and gross profit targets for the Business Unit.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners; support sales through joint customer visits.
- Create strategic plans to grow market share and coverage.
- Ensure excellent customer service aligned with SLAs.
- Manage partner incentive programs and monitor sales forecasts regularly.
- Prepare timely reports and support other assigned projects or tasks.
- Monitor team performance using KPIs and ensure alignment with company goals and compliance standards.
- Support team stability, growth, and adherence to Company policies.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Business Development Manager, preferably within the IT Distribution industry.
- Related working experience in networking, security, or unified communications solutions industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of staff.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable with strong follow-through.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and results-driven.
- Thrives in a fast-paced and enjoying a dynamic environment.
