- Bachelor's or College Degree in any finance or accounting course
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work with difficult people and diffuse volatile situations
- High comfort level with technology, especially web-based software and platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while producing high-quality results
- Ability to build rapport with team members, staff, clients, and service providers
- Experience in property management or real estate is a plus
- Solid customer service experience is a plus
- Organize and support the accounting staff in the Philippines while working with the onshore team
- Coordinate, process, and route inbound invoices to clients or managers for approval and payment
- Record and code transactions based on bank information
- Upload supporting documents on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis
- Perform bookkeeping functions with accuracy and consistency
- Answer phone calls from U.S.-based customers and vendors through an IP telephony system
- Coordinate with U.S.-based service vendors to clarify and process payments from invoices or billing statements
- Participate in calls with managers, clients, or both to discuss accounts payable concerns, questions, and business needs
