Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable and Bank Reconciliation Specialist to join our finance team. The role is responsible for managing supplier payments, monitoring bank transactions, and ensuring accurate reconciliation of accounts to support the company’s daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and monitor all accounts payable transactions accurately and on time
- Verify invoices, delivery receipts, and payment requests before processing
- Prepare payment schedules for suppliers and other obligations
- Perform daily/weekly bank monitoring and reconciliation
- Match bank statements with internal records and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain updated and organized records of payables and bank transactions
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding payment concerns
- Assist in basic accounting and finance tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or any related course
- With experience in accounts payable and/or bank reconciliation (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting systems
- Trustworthy, organized, and able to handle confidential information
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
