As a PMS Helpdesk Support, you'll be the go-to expert for resolving helpdesk issues, managing system access, and assisting users across multiple property management platforms. You'll collaborate with tech teams and end-users alike to deliver top-tier support with speed, empathy, and efficiency.

Employment type: Full-timeShift: Night Shift, Tuesday to Saturday (12:00 AM - 9:00 AM)
Work setup: Onsite (Makati, Ortigas, or Eastwood) - Open to WFH

- Must have: 2-5 years of hands-on experience with Yardi or similar property management systems (PMS).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and IT/PMS experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and standard accounting/reporting tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with empathy in technical support scenarios.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities effectively.
- Problem-solver with the ability to analyze data and identify solutions.
- Strong judgment, collaborative work style, and adaptability to change.
- Committed to staying up to date with software tools and industry standards.
- Provide first response to PMS helpdesk tickets for the multi-family division.
- Create, manage, and document support tickets using the helpdesk system.
- Prioritize and resolve support requests; escalate to vendors when needed.
- Communicate status updates with the Business Applications team.
- Assist with onboarding of new employees on Yardi and other PMS systems.
- Provide user maintenance and administration on PMS platforms and online learning tools.
- Maintain a high level of user proficiency and stay up to date with new developments.
- Offer support for business applications in the Residential & Management industry.
