Housekeeper (Stay-in)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized home environment. The ideal candidate has experience in high-standard housekeeping, is flexible with work schedules, and is willing to assist with childcare and pet care when needed.

• Perform daily and deep cleaning of all household areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces, and other assigned areas
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization at all times
• Handle laundry tasks such as washing, ironing, folding, and proper storage of clothing and linens
• Ensure proper use and care of household equipment, furniture, and cleaning supplies
• Assist with basic pet care, including feeding, cleaning pet areas, and basic grooming as needed
• Provide support in supervising or caring for children when required
• Report any damages, maintenance concerns, or safety issues promptly
• Follow all house rules, privacy protocols, and maintain strict confidentiality

• At least a Senior High School graduate
• TESDA Housekeeping NC II certification is an advantage
• At least 1 year of housekeeping experience is preferred
• Knowledgeable in proper cleaning methods, tools, and household maintenance
• Willing to work under a stay-in arrangement
• Flexible with shifting schedules and work on rest days if required (with paid duty and prior approval)
• Comfortable assisting with childcare and pet care
• Able to communicate clearly in English
• Basic understanding of Mandarin is an advantage
• Honest, dependable, respectful, and able to work with minimal supervision

• Stay-in accommodation provided
• Meals and lodging included (if applicable)
• Rest days observed; paid duty applies for work on rest days (subject to prior approval)
