Housekeeper / Utility Staff (Immediate Hiring)

We are looking for a reliable housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of our building.
Working hours are 8 hours during daytime.
Main Duties:
- Daily cleaning of common areas (hallways, stairs, rooms, pantry, bathrooms, etc.)
- Basic maintenance (e.g. changing light bulbs, basic faucet repair)
- Report any issues or needed repairs
- Ensure proper waste disposal and cleanliness
- Run errands or messenger tasks when needed
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience as a housekeeper (hotel, condo, office, or private home)
- Responsible, hardworking, and trustworthy
- Can follow instructions well
- Willing to do basic maintenance and errands
