Job Summary
Responsible for monitoring, developing, and optimizing business processes related to insurance operations. Works closely with IT teams to ensure processes are aligned with system capabilities and implemented effectively across systems and websites.
Key Responsibilities- Build, update, and improve digital platforms such as web portals, mobile apps, and core insurance systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into system specifications and manage different platforms.
- Perform table mapping and ensure proper data flow across systems.
- Analyze, improve, and fix existing processes through system implementation, upgrades, or process improvement initiatives.
- Support end-to-end insurance operations and system-related tasks.
- Coordinate with IT and other teams for system enhancements and issue resolution.
- Experience in insurance operations or end-to-end insurance processes.
- Strong background in process documentation and improvement.
- Knowledge of table mapping and system/data flow.
- Process-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Proven experience working with IT teams to bridge the gap between business needs and technical systems.
- Background with digital platforms (web portals, mobile apps, or core insurance systems).
- Experience in system implementation, upgrades, or process improvement initiatives.
