Managed Azure Security Senior Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Security Engineer to design, build, and protect our enterprise systems, applications, data, and infrastructure from cyber threats. As a Security Engineer, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the organization's digital assets, working with teams to implement effective security solutions and ensure the continuous protection of business processes and systems against evolving security threats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Subject Matter Expert (SME): Serve as an expert in Azure Security Services, providing guidance to team members and contributing to key security decisions.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Work with multiple teams across the organization to implement security measures and ensure a unified security posture.
• Security Assessment & Audits: Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability audits to identify weaknesses and recommend solutions for improvement.
• Security Measures: Develop and enforce security policies, protocols, and procedures to maintain compliance with industry standards and mitigate risks.
• Proactive Monitoring & Response: Monitor security events, respond to potential threats, and provide solutions to mitigate risks in real-time.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with emerging security trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the organization’s security framework.
• Training & Awareness: Assist in the development of security awareness programs and provide ongoing training for teams across the organization.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skills:
• Expert proficiency in Managed Azure Security Services (e.g., Azure Security Center, Azure Sentinel, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices.
• Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools.
• Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and frameworks.
• Solid understanding of incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Preferred Skills:
• Certifications in Azure Security (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate).
• Familiarity with network security tools and practices.
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems (IDS/IPS).

Additional Information:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience working with Azure Security Services.
• Location: This position is based in our Manila office.
